The Circle of Painters and Sculptors Quebec (CAPSQ) Supports the Festival and will offer some of our winners a one year membership to participate in various regional exhibitions and even internationnal. Also, these winners will exhibit their works free of a chic Gala 2011 competition of the Circle.

These artists will benefit from a lucky exceptional visibility on the new website of the Circle currently in preparation.
